Vitamins are organic compounds which are needed in trace amounts for important metabolic reactions in living organisms. Vitamins are divided into two groups as water soluble and fat soluble vitamins. Fat soluble vitamins are absorbed trough the gastrointestinal tract with the help of the fat structure in the body. Water soluble vitamins are excreted from the body after completion of the process.

There are 13 vitamin groups in human; 4 fat soluble (Vitamins A, D, E, K) and 9 water soluble (8 Vitamin B types and Vitamin C).

Vitamin B1 and B6 are added to treatment especially in neuritis, polyneuritis, diabetic neuropathy, pregnancy neuritis, arthritis, periarthritis, sciatica, lombalgia, arthralgia, myalgia, cramps and rheumatismal pain and other pain cases, idiopathic and geriatric tremor, myocardial failure due to alcoholism, diabetic infections, intellectual and physical excess fatigue, common fatigue, Wernicke’s diseases, Korsakoff psychosis, Delirium tremens, extensive vomiting in pregnant women, vomiting after radiotherapy, vomiting after surgery
